I had an epiphan...Survey says - keep the forsythia! I had an epiphany the other night when I was looking at my neighbor's sweet, dainty, well-controlled forsythia. She said she it's been there over 20 years (looks brand new) and she just keeps it well pruned. I think I can do that, too. I would definitely miss the bright yellow this time of year.
